In the past few years I have had many opportunities to conduct training: HR subjects, Lean/Six Sigma, Company objectives, etc. This does not make me an expert trainer, but it has made me quite discerning when evaluating other people's training methods, especially when they are training me! I found Sandy Bowles to possess an exceptional delivery method. She introduced me to a subject that I had little previous experience with and most of it was lecture based. These two things could have made it a painful experience, but what I found was quite the opposite. Her presentation, accompanied by real life stories, made it easy to digest the information and the IICRC testing confirmed how well the information was retained. I felt quite at ease during both exams.
It's not my regular practice to go on like this, but I was so impressed that I had to let you know.
